Mindfulness Meditation

In this two-hour workshop, you will guided through a couple different techniques that will help you decrease stress and tension and bring more calm and relaxation to your daily life.

The techniques will be based on what is commonly known as the ‘body scan’. Posture will be discussed and bolsters/blankets will be available as supports in order to help everyone achieve maximize comfort while performing the meditations.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and can be used as the starting point for future workshops in our Mindfulness Meditation series at The Cove.
